CarSupermarket.com – Terms and Conditions for In‑Store and Delivered Purchase of myenergi zappi glo Home Charger
- The myenergi zappi glo home charger is only available to purchase in store or for customers who have arranged paid-for home delivery of a vehicle.
- We do not offer this product for sale online, over the phone, or as a stand-alone delivery.
- Payment must be made in person, by card only, at the time of purchase.
- We do not accept cash payments, finance, or part exchange for this product.
UK Consumer Rights – What You’re Entitled To
- Your purchase is protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- The product must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- If faulty, you have the right to:
- A full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- A repair or replacement (or refund if these fail) within 6 months.
- After 6 months, you may need to prove the fault existed at purchase.
Returns Policy – In‑Store Purchases
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind for in-store purchases.
- The Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to in-store sales.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is proven faulty under your statutory rights.
- You must return the product at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
- Proof of installation by a qualified electrician may be required before processing a return.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
Returns Policy – Home Delivery (Distance Sales)
- If the charger is purchased as part of a paid-for home delivery vehicle purchase, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.
- You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your purchase for any reason.
- You must notify us in writing to cancel within this period.
- The product must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
- If faulty or not as described, statutory rights apply for repair, replacement, or refund.
Home Delivery Policy
- We deliver the myenergi zappi glo charger only alongside your vehicle if you have paid for home delivery.
- We do not offer separate delivery of the charger.
- Return costs for home delivery purchases are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

- Warranty is provided directly by myenergi Ltd, not CarSupermarket.com.

- You must register your product and keep proof of purchase.

- myenergi products receive updates when connected to the internet, including:
- Major software updates for at least the warranty period, hardware permitting.
- Security updates for up to 5 years from manufacture.
- The myenergi app requires:
- iOS 15 or higher (Apple devices)
- Android 12 or higher (Google Play only)
