One of the UK’s most popular motoring publications has released a shortlist of electric and plug-in hybrid cars ahead of a major awards ceremony in August.
The What Car? Electric Car Awards will be revealed on Wednesday 5th August, with an eclectic range of categories for motors across all styles, tastes and price ranges. The categories include best value car, best luxury SUV, best performance car and many more, with similar options in the plug-in hybrid categories.
“The number of people looking to make the switch and buy an electric vehicle is growing rapidly, and so too is the complexity of the choices they have to make. These awards put What Car? in the perfect position to support people on that journey,” said What Car? Editor Steve Huntingford.
“Whether someone is trying to understand the complexities of charging, research which car they should buy or actually get in contact with a dealer to buy a car with our guaranteed Target Price saving, our goal is to always be there to help them get the very best car for their needs and budget.”
A What Car? Survey recently found that 23.25% of would-be car buyers would consider a buying an electric of hybrid vehicle in light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic.
