Giving us ample notice helps ensure a smooth booking process, allowing us to provide the best possible service for you and your vehicle on the day. Scheduled services must be carried out at a CarSupermarket.com Service Centre unless otherwise authorised by our team. This plan will cover the cost of replacement service parts, lubricants and labour as detailed in your vehicle manufacturer’s schedule. If your vehicle requires any additional parts, lubricants or labour, you will be required to cover the costs of these additions and make direct payment to the CarSupermarket.com Service Centre that carries out the work. A quote will be provided. Your Plan will also cover the cost of your vehicle’s next 2 or 3 services, including any filters that may be required.

There may be certain vehicle parts that require replacement from time to time that may not be covered under your Service Plan. Your Service Advisor will let you know if there are any additional costs that need to be covered by you.

Some of the exclusions and chargeable items include:

Platinum spark plugs, brake fluid change, coolant change, gearbox oil change, timing belts, timing chains, water ingress, glass, body work, interior trims, body seals, paint checks, air conditioning checks, tyres, brakes and general wear and tear items, pads and discs, seat covers, seat belts and anything that is not stated on the manufacturer’s guidelines; failures caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect; vehicles that have been modified or used for rallying/racing and vehicles that appear to have had their odometer tampered with.

If you change your mind, you have the option to cancel your Service Plan during a 14-day cooling-off period from the date when you took delivery of your vehicle. You will need to contact your CarSupermarket.com customer advisor to arrange this.

Yes, most finance agreements require regular servicing to keep the vehicle in good condition. Failing to service your car can breach your agreement. Always review your finance contract for full details.

Yes, our plan follows the manufacturer’s service schedule, keeping your warranty intact and ensuring you’re covered for potential future claims.

Unfortunately, the Service Plan is only available for petrol and diesel vehicles. It is not designed for electric vehicles (EVs).
