CarSupermarket.com will set up your Service Plan when you purchase your vehicle with us or you can purchase this Service Plan at any point later on by simply paying £549*. Simply contact your CarSupermarket.com customer advisor who will be able to help ensure you are covered.

To arrange your next scheduled Service at your nearest CarSupermarket.com Service Centre, simply contact us in advance. Giving us ample notice helps ensure a smooth booking process, allowing us to provide the best possible service for you and your vehicle on the day. Scheduled services must be carried out at a CarSupermarket.com Service Centre unless otherwise authorised by our team. This plan will cover the cost of replacement service parts, lubricants and labour. If your vehicle requires any additional parts, lubricants or labour, you will be required to cover the costs of these additions and make direct payment to the CarSupermarket.com Service Centre that carries out the work. A quote will be provided. Your Plan will also cover the cost of your vehicle’s next 2 or 3 services, including any filters that may be required.

There may be certain vehicle parts that require replacement from time to time that may not be covered under your Service Plan. Your Service Advisor will let you know if there are any additional costs that need to be covered by you.

Some of the exclusions and chargeable items include:

Brake fluid change, coolant change, gearbox oil change, timing belts, timing chains, water ingress, glass, body work, interior trims, body seals, paint checks, air conditioning checks, tyres, brakes and general wear and tear items, pads and discs, seat covers, seat belts and anything that is not stated on the manufacturer’s guidelines; failures caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect; vehicles that have been modified or used for rallying/racing and vehicles that appear to have had their odometer tampered with.

If you change your mind, you have the option to cancel your Service Plan during a 14-day cooling-off period from the date when you took delivery of your vehicle. You will need to contact your CarSupermarket.com customer advisor to arrange this.

Yes, most finance agreements require regular servicing to keep the vehicle in good condition. Failing to service your car can breach your agreement. Always review your finance contract for full details.

Yes, our service plan coverage is specially designed to keep your warranty intact, ensuring you’re covered for potential future claims.

Unfortunately, the Service Plan is only available for petrol and diesel vehicles. It is not designed for electric vehicles (EVs).

Missing a service can affect your warranty and may lead to breakdowns. If you miss a service, contact us to reschedule as soon as possible to ensure your vehicle remains in top condition.

Yes you can use the Service Plan if you have a taxi, you will receive the same coverage, however you will likely use the benefits much sooner.

On Service Plan 1 you will receive 1 x interim and 1 x full service, plus 10% of our current retail price for MOT for as long as the plan remains valid.

On Service Plan 2 you will receive 3 services, as standard these will be 2 x interim and 1 x full service. You will also receive 10% off the current MOT retail price as long as the plan remains valid.

Our Service Plans are valid for up to 6 years, you must use your plan benefits within this time or they will be lost. 10% off MOT is valid until the last service in your plan is completed.

Your service plan is not transferrable to any other car.
