If you have outstanding finance on your car, we will settle this as soon as possible upon exchange. The outstanding finance may still show on your online account or when calling your finance provider for up to 10 days after selling your car to us, but all finance will be cleared by CarSupermarket.com as soon as possible, usually at the point of exchange.

If your car is worth less than the outstanding finance balance, you are still able to sell your car to us. We will request however that the difference between your settlement figure and the car’s value is paid in-store by debit or credit card to clear any negative equity.

When trading in your vehicle, you will need to bring the following items:

If your vehicle is on finance, we may need additional documentation to be able to settle your agreement, including:
