If you’re part exchanging Part exchange valuations are subject to appraisal, if your car has not been seen or details differ from those provided, we may need to revise the valuation. | V5C log book. Service history, if available. Valid MOT. All keys. Locking wheel nut. | If you cannot find your V5C, you can order a replacement at https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-log-book. If you have a private plate, this needs to be removed before collection. Retain your plate online with DVLA before collection at https://www.gov.uk/keep-registration-number. |
If you’re buying on finance | 1 proof of address dated within the last 3 months. Utility bill, council tax bill, or bank or building society statement. No mobile phone bills, screenshots, or online order receipts. | |
If you’re settling existing finance on your part exchange | Written settlement letter from your finance provider. | Do not cancel your direct debit until we confirm settlement. |
